The SRS light in my Mercedes CLK 320 is on and will not go off?

I took the doors off of my car to put lambo doors on now my SRS light is on.I disconnected the wiring to the door and reconnected.What should I do?|||It could be related to the door conversion or maybe not. Have the codes scanned to see where the fault code is coming from.
