How to turn off my SRS Air bag light off ?

today suddenly my SRS light got on and its no getting off its on any body knwo what wil be the probelem and how to fix it ? suggest me if i take the dealer how much it wil cost to fix it ? plz help thanks.|||is it on a honda? its a common problem, what happens is that after a while it will just turn on so that it reminds you that you need to have your airbags checked. i mean theres nothing usually wrong with them, but have to take it to a shop or dealership for that light to turn off. and to have them check the airbags. its an annoyance, but you can drive with it on no big deal, ive never tried to get it to turn off, but you can go ahead and try to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and then hook it back up and see if that clears all the trouble codes, im not positive if it will work though.
