We dont generally get lower surgery, because of the risks and the cost. Also, it doesnt work too well, and of course you get what you pay for.
If you pay back door prices you get something that resembles a potato. If you pay big dollars you get something that looks close to a penis.
But either way you have no way to ejaculate. That has not been invented yet. |||*grrr* Don't. Interchange. Sex. And. Gender. Not the same thing!
Transmen can't impregnate women, can't ejaculate, and don't produce sperm. They can experience sexual pleasure, to varying degrees based on what surgeries they have had.
