How can the SRS indicator light be reset on a Honda ?

My 2005 Honda has a recall on the air bags. The dealer charged $80.00 for analyzion and wants $400 to replace the unit . where is it located in the car ? He stated the air bag would still work in a collision. Am i being ripped off ?|||yes you are being ripped off. if the recall was on the air bags and thats all you wanted fixed, then they have to pay it not you.
