How does female-to-male SRS work?

I know that male-to-female involves an "inversion", but you can't really do the opposite, can you?|||There is no ONE path like there is for transsexual women. The men have to choose from basically three options:





1. Doing nothing. Testosterone by itself enlarges their clitoris and it acts more like a micro-penis.





2. A metoidioplasty. A meta will releases the T enlarged clitoris from it's restraining ligament. The result is a tiny penis with no loss of sensation. This is often combined with a urethral lengthening, so they can urinate (unaided) standing up, and a scrotoplasty that creates a scrotum out of the labia and implants.





3. A phalloplasty. Uses skin grafts from elsewhere on the body to construct a full-sized penis that is grafted on over the T enlarged clitoris. Very complicated, very expensive, high rate of complications and at least a partial loss of sensation.

anyway, here's how they do it


first, they put you under anesthesia, because you really don't want to be awake for this. Then they mark out the areas that will be performed on. They first remove the testicles, those go into medical waste. Then, they slice down the length of the penis, open it it up and remove the meat keeping only a few nerves for sensation. The meat joins the testicles in medical waste. They then shave down the head of the penis into clitoris, and then put into place. The skin of the penis is used to line the walls of the vagina . There is a gadget that is used to widen the vaginal cavity, before it is packed with gauze. The skin from the scrotum is used to form the labia. You then wake up as the anesthesia wears off with new and improved genetalia





*the meat and testicles go through a biopsy before going into medical waste, to check for cancers and other stuff, this is done largely for legal reasons

female to male, there are two types metodoplasty and phalloplasty.


In a metoidoplasty, the clitoris is released from the labia, the labia are used to create a scrotal sack, which has prosthetic testicles in it.





In a phalloplasty, they use a skin graft from elsewhere, usually arm or thigh to create a penis, which is then attached to the genital area|||It involves an enlarged clitoris and skin from another part of your body.
